Emerald Hour is thrilled to present Seattle’s third annual Sustainable Wedding Show!
Feeling overwhelmed by large, impersonal wedding shows? Looking to connect with vendors that share your values?
Come out to Pickering Barn to be inspired by beautiful wedding designs celebrating the Pacific Northwest, explore an environment where you can discuss your wedding vision judgement-free, and get exclusive access to show specials and giveaways!

Attendees will have access to educational workshops and enjoy sweet treats and signature beverages.
Free parking is available on site at the Pickering Barn.

3:00 – 3:15 PM – Sustainability 101 with Sheeco Weddings
Join us to unpack what sustainability really means here in the PNW and discover practical principles to guide your wedding decisions, so every choice feels authentic and intentional while honoring the planet and our communities.
3:15 – 3:30 PM – The 6 R’s of a Sustainable Wedding Venue with Jen from Tierra Retreat Center
Rethink, reduce, reuse, repurpose, recycle, and rot. What to look for in a sustainable venue and how you can reimagine waste at your wedding. From using natural decor to avoiding buying single-use items, there are several ways that you can reduce the environmental impact of your wedding.
4:00 – 4:15 PM – Floristry as Nature Intended with Holly Yee Floral Architecture
An overview of sustainable floristry mechanics that allow for florists to create beautiful arrangements that are non-toxic, minimize waste, and can be as organic as the beautiful flowers themselves.
4:15 – 4:30 PM – Small Changes, Big Impact: Rethinking Waste & Spending Behind the Bar with Bryan of Kitsap Bartending
A fresh look at how small, thoughtful shifts behind the bar can reduce waste and spending without sacrificing the guest experience.
